What is Botox ® Cosmetic?
Botox ® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate-to-severe frown lines for a short period of time. Our Board Certified Dermatologist will listen and create a plan specific to you based on what areas you want to target. It can be used to treat the frown lines between the brows on your forehead, the glabella (also known as the “11?s”) or the crows feet. With just a short visit you can erase the lines away within a few days giving you a more youthful but natural appearance that lasts between 3 to 6 months.

Botox ® can be used to treat Hyperhidrosis and Migraine Headaches.
Hyperhidrosis is the condition of excessive sweating. Hyperhidrosis can be generalized to specific areas of the body, however any part can be affected. Most common parts of the body are the armpits, hands, feet and back due to a high concentration of sweat glands. Botox ® is FDA approved and can be used to greatly reduce or prevent severe sweating. This treatment can see a dramatic reduction in sweating within 2 to 4 weeks and can last up to 7 months*. Keep in mind that Botox ® is not appropriate for all sufferers and our board certified dermatologist will be able to determine if it is the right treatment for you.
Chronic Migraine is a debilitating condition characterized by moderate to severe headaches, and nausea. BOTOX ® is now FDA approved for injection is indicated for the prophylaxis of headaches in adult patients with chronic migraine (?15 days per month with headache lasting 4 hours a day or longer).
