Nancy was the first voice I heard when I called the office. I was very afraid, hurting and desperately trying to hold back the tears. She did not let my hysteria throw her at all, and you spoke tenderly to me while you made my appointment.
Sarah was so very kind and tender but took charge and then I relaxed knowing she would handle my need for help. (By the way, she gives the best shots; hardly felt it and NO bruise!) This morning, after spending a week in pain and in bed, I’m up dancing, cleaning and singing. So, again, my thanks for spending careful time with me.
