As a third generation dermatologist, Dr. Eyre’s passion for the skin is in his blood! Originally hailing from Utah, he earned an undergraduate degree in Finance, where he graduated top of his class and received the Student of the Year award in 2011. He simultaneously completed both medical and business school at the University of Utah where he became the first student to receive a combined MD, MBA degree. After an internal medicine internship in Phoenix, Arizona, he completed his dermatology residency at Emory University in 2021, where he served as a chief resident and received a certificate of distinction in healthcare management and leadership.

Dr. Eyre is a general dermatologist in the truest sense and seeks to provide comprehensive skin care to patients of all ages including children, teens, and adults. He is as interested in complex medical dermatology and chronic conditions as he is routine skin checks and cosmetic consults. Growing up in his family’s dermatology practice and working there in various roles from reception to medical assisting, combined with his training in business, drives Dr. Eyre to ensure patients have a truly exceptional experience with every visit, from start to finish.

Dr. Eyre and his wife, Aubrey, recently had their first child and live in Decatur. They enjoy many hobbies together including tennis, hiking, sculpting, painting, and sewing (he handmakes his own ties!). They both enjoy being active in their community and church congregation. Dr. Eyre is also fluent in Spanish.
